O’Keefe Hospitality is a boutique hospitality consultant firm; born in New York, practiced in Los Angeles, and now growing to Miami. I work with both hotels and freestanding restaurants.
With over 25 years of hospitality experience; the heart of the business started in operations. I believe that hospitality is about people. And equal care must be taken in caring for the team as for the guests.
From the beginning of my story I have always believed that a company’s front line employees are essential to building, promoting and sustaining the brand.
Communication internally between departments is as essential as the company’s communications to their guests.
I strive for excellence both in guest experience and operations. I believe in leading by example; and have a passion to educate your team in doing the same.

Role Specific Training: For Managers of any level, I cover: brand training, client facing, mentor training. For Line Employees (within F&B department or any guest facing positions: valets, PBX, concierges) I cover training on SOP & P&Ps, in addition to brand training as “face of the company”.
